Ye Olde Selection - Tomato Ketchup

Ingredients :-

One peck ripe tomato
Four sweet peppers
Three tablespoons of salt
One fourth pound brown sugar
One quart vinegar
One tablespoon mustard
One tablespoon celery seed
One-fourth Cayenne pepper
One teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon mace
One teaspoon cinnamon
One teaspoon cloves

Unfortunately no directions were provided in the book. I would imagine you just mix everything together and enjoy!
