Ye Olde Selection - Tomato Catsup



Ingredients and Directions :-

One-half bushel tomatoes cooked and strained

Boil down to 8 pints, then add 3 tablespoons of salt, three quarter (3/4) tablespoons of black pepper, two thirds (2/3) tablespoon of allspice, one half (1/2) of cloves, one and one half (1-1/2) tablespoons of cinnamon, and finally one pint of vinegar.
