Ingredients :-

Five pounds grapes (cooked and rubbed through a seive)
Two pints of vinegar
Three pounds of sugar
One tablespoon ground cinnamon
One teaspoon cloves
One teaspoon allspice
One teaspoon pepper
Half (1/2) teaspoon salt
